Please note, the presentation of an abstract (poster or oral) is only possible with an in-person registration.


Details for your oral presentation

Presentation format
Please bring your presentation as a ppt. or pptx. file (screen format 16:9) on a USB memory stick. Presentation laptops will be provided in the session halls. Please note, a presentation with your own laptop is not possible. Make sure to hand in your presentation to the media check minimum 2 hours before your presentation starts.

Presentation time
10 minutes presentation + 5 minutes discussion

 

Details for your poster presentation

Poster format
Please bring your printed poster in portrait style (max. format A0, portrait format, 841x1.189mm). Mounting material will be provided on site. No other formats are allowed! Posters which exeed the above mentioned dimensions will not be displayed on site.

Poster number
The item "Poster number" states the board number to hang your poster on site. Please remember this number.


Important Information
Posters should be mounted on the respective day of your poster session in the morning until 12.00 pm (CET) at the latest and have to be taken down after your poster session on the same day. All posters not taken down by then will be discarded.

Poster sessions
The following poster sessions are going to be held (please check which is your respective poster session):

⦁ Poster Session 1: Monday, March 6, 2023 from 16.00 - 17.30
   CS1.1 - CS1.4., CS2.3. - CS2.4.
⦁ Poster Session 2: Tuesday, March 7, 2023 from 16.00 - 17.30
   CS2.1. - CS2.2, CS5.1. - CS5.4.
⦁ Poster Session 3: Wednesday, March 8, 2023 from 16.00 - 17.30
   CS3.1. - CS3.4., CS4.1. - CS4.4.

 

Presenting authors are asked to be present at their posters during their respective poster session and to be prepared to answer questions from the participants.
